The gondola cable car provided a breathtaking view of the Performance Lake, making my stay feel magical right from the start.
Check-in took longer than expected, and the non-smoking room I initially received had a noticeable smoke smell, which was quite unpleasant.

We loved the stunning views from our Palace Kings Room, especially enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The hotel was also incredibly accommodating for our special needs son's autism support dog, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff's attention to detail was impressive.
My wife says that having more family-friendly entertainment options would be great.

The beautiful decor and the serene atmosphere made our experience even better. The highlight was the breathtaking backdrop of the dancing waters during dinner, which created an enchanting mood. The Palace Queens Room offered breathtaking fountain views, enhancing our dining experience. Exceptional service was a highlight, especially when they surprised us with delicious homemade desserts for a birthday celebration. However, the limited entertainment options for families, coupled with a lack of comfortable seating in the spacious room, slightly diminished our experience. Additionally, the room could have benefitted from a few more amenities to keep everyone engaged.

We absolutely adored our time at the hotel, especially enjoying the stunning fountain view from our Palace Queens Room and the lovely, bright colors in the lobby. The swimming pool and jacuzzi provided a perfect escape for relaxation and fun after a busy day. The only downside was the limited TV channels in the room, which made us want to explore more outside instead of staying in. 🌟

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in the Palace Queens Room, where we had a remarkable view of the fountain show. The service quality was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, including a delicious chocolate cake for my husband's birthday celebration. While the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, I did wish there were more seating options for guests to comfortably enjoy the large space.
